Encompassing over 300 square meters, the Morzgerhof offers high standard and luxurious amenities. The main living and relaxing areas boast high ceilings (up to 6 meters) with exposed beams and a stainless steel kitchen with everything the most professional chef would require as well as a dining area seating up to 12 people. An open fireplace is the perfect setting for cosy winter nights and in summer, sundowners on the balcony are a must.
Four sleeping quarters are all on one separate floor, sleeping room no. 5 is located on the upper floor. The master bedroom has: a television, an en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, a walk-in shower, double sinks, a heated and illuminated mirror, a separate WC and a dressing area. Three further bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and walk-in shower and a separate WC can also be found on this floor.
The highlight of the house is definitely the private spa with a heated and illuminated pool which boasts an endless swim current and waterfall. This oasis of relaxation also includes a large mirror with an integrated television, a relaxation room with massage loungers and a Jacuzzi set at a permanent temperature of 37 degrees Celsius. A steam sauna with shower and a separate WC are also available.
All floors in the Morzgerhof can be comfortably reached with a built-in lift and of course complementary LAN and WLAN is installed. A utility room in the basement has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The Morzgerhof has private, off-road parking which can be assessed by opening a barrier. The large parking area has covered parking for 3 cars as well as space for guests.
Children: The house is kid-friendy / kid-safe. A separate door for children safety is installed at the inside stair. Up to 3 children beds as well as child seats are available. Children up to 15 years are not charged seperately.
Pets: Dogs are welcome & not charged separately.
House rules: The Morzgerhof can also be ideally used for festivities and state occasions. The booking/use for "out-of-hand" - parties, e.g. Hangover-stag nights, is unwanted / not allowed.
Security is of course very important and the Morzgerhof has a secure alarm system both inside and outside the house. In addition, the house is illuminated at night.
